Stage 5

Approve with one click. Published to your CMS in seconds.

Articles enter your review queue with SEO score, AEO score, readability analysis, and brief compliance checks. Edit inline, approve with one click, and publish directly to your connected CMS.

1

Review workflow

Articles enter a review queue with side-by-side brief compliance. SEO score, AEO score, and readability check visible at a glance. Inline rich text editing for manual tweaks. Request AI revisions on specific sections. Multi-role approval workflows: simple (Starter), multi-step (Growth), custom chains with client portal (Agency). Scheduled publishing with timezone support.

2

One-click publishing

When approved, click “Publish” and Artikle.ai handles everything: Uploads the featured image to the CMS media library. Creates the post with full HTML content, meta tags, categories, and tags. Injects JSON-LD schema markup. Auto-detects Yoast, Rank Math, or AIOSEO and sets the correct meta fields. Handles FAQ formatting based on the CMS's capabilities. Returns the live URL. Currently supports WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Shopify, Sanity, and Contentful.

Full HTML with meta tags, categories, and tags
JSON-LD schema markup injection
SEO plugin auto-detection (Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO)
FAQ formatting adapted per CMS
Returns the live URL on completion
3

Post-publish verification

After publishing, the system verifies the page loaded correctly. Confirms canonical URL is set, schema is present, and internal links resolve. Submits the URL to Google for indexing.

Page load verification
Canonical URL and schema confirmation
Internal link resolution check
Automatic Google index submission
4

Deferred link injection

When a previously published article references a newly published one, the system automatically injects the link into the older article via the CMS API. Example: Article A references Article B before Article B exists. When Article B publishes three weeks later, the link is automatically injected into Article A. No manual effort. Internal link architecture builds itself over time.

Automatic link injection via CMS API
Links resolve when referenced articles publish
No manual link management
Architecture builds itself over time
5

Content refresh

Published articles can be refreshed on a monthly cycle: Surgical refresh preserves structure and voice, updating statistics, year references, and outdated sections. Full rewrite generates a completely new article for the same topic and URL. Refreshed content goes through the same review, approve, and publish flow. Refresh allowances per plan: 2/month (Starter), 10/month (Growth), 30/month (Agency).

Surgical refresh (update stats, dates, outdated sections)
Full rewrite (new article, same URL)
Same review and approval workflow
Monthly allowances per plan (2/10/30)

WHY THIS MATTERS

Human-in-the-loop is the default. No content reaches your live site without explicit approval. But the approval process is fast. One click if the article meets your standards, with full editing capabilities if it doesn't.
